Telephone Operator (day shift)

Responsibilities

Hours : 8 : 30-5p, Mon, - Fri, every other weekend & holiday 7a-3 : 30p.

• Answering incoming calls to Einstein Philadelphia, Einstein Elkins Park and Einstein Montgomery.
• Process emergencies for all 3 medical centers
• Answering incoming calls to hospital, providing patient information, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging.
• Operators at the Medical Center answer calls for the Physicians Answering Service, in addition to processing and delivering messages.
• Coordinating Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black and Trauma
