Technical Program Management Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to build and lead the TPM function and orchestrate high-impact programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive quarterly and annual planning, OKRs, capacity & budget alignment, and cross-functional dependency management

Run end-to-end mission-critical programs, including governance, milestones, and executive communication

Lead digital transformation initiatives and operationalize AI-led product development

Required Qualifications

10-15 years in technical program management or engineering program leadership

3-5+ years leading a TPM / PMO function for global, multi-team SaaS

Proven track record in digital transformation and hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products

Strong technical depth in cloud services, microservices, and data platforms

Familiarity with supply chain / commerce domains or adjacent enterprise platforms
