Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5-10 years of commercial construction experience to oversee local job order contracts and municipal projects in the Phoenix area. This role involves managing overall project schedules, financial requirements, and ensuring successful project execution for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the overall project schedules and financial requirements for assigned projects to ensure success and profitability.
• Assist with preconstruction efforts, including bid packages, trade buyouts, and the development, execution, and management of subcontracts.
• Oversee project execution, field staff, and resources, while maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A / E disciplines.
• Develop, update, and manage the overall baseline schedule.
• Lead all project meetings from preconstruction through construction progress to project completion.
• Establish QA / QC initiatives and procedures for compliance with specifications.
• Perform cost management and forecasting on a monthly basis.
• Implement safety programs to establish and maintain a safe and injury-free work environment.
• Document and manage construction change processes for cost and / or schedule impacts with the client.

Work Environment

This is a salaried role with work scheduled Monday through Friday, with start and end times to be determined. The position involves working on local projects, with no out-of-state travel required. A laptop and cell phone will be provided to facilitate work tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
