At PDS Tech Commercial, we're seeking a proactive Quality & Staffing Lead to serve as the primary liaison between the Quality Control department and our recruiting agency. Your leadership will help maintain production goals and uphold quality standards.

About the Role

As a Quality & Staffing Lead, you'll manage daily staffing needs, coordinate replacements for call-outs, assist with new hire placements, and communicate terminations or performance concerns. You'll play a critical role in keeping workforce operations organized and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact between Quality Control and recruiting partners.
• Oversee daily staffing needs and coordinate replacements for call-outs.
• Assist with new hire placements and onboarding.
• Communicate terminations and performance concerns promptly.
• Track attendance, replacements, and terminations accurately.
• Respond quickly to staffing shortages or production delays.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
