We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Physical Therapists Assistant (PTAs) for multiple territories.

Available Territories & Pay Structure
We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment :
- Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate : $50$60 per hour DOE - Sign on Bonus of $5,000 for Full Time status Coverage Area : Oakland / San Leandro / Berkeley / Richmond / San Pablo
- East Contra Costa County Pay Rate : $50$60 per hour DOE Coverage Area : Antioch / Pittsburg / Brentwood
- TriValley Area Pay Rate : $50$60 per hour DOE Coverage Area : Dublin / Livermore / Pleasanton / San Ramon / Danville
Bonus Information

Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the Physician's plan of careTreat patients to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and support the highest possible level of performanceGuide and assist patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait and functional training, transfer activities, and prosthetic trainingApply physical agents as appropriate, including heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massageObserve and report the patient's response to treatment and any changes in condition to the Physical Therapist and appropriate organizational personnelEducate patients in the safe use and care of mobility aids and equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic / orthotic devicesComplete online charting in Kinnser immediately after each visit using the provided deviceFollow all organizational policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhy You'll Be Successful
