Position Description

The Sales Development Representative's primary objective is to connect, profile, qualify and convert prospects to set-up revenue-producing associates to close sales. Reporting to the B&I Sales Development Manager, the role will pursue a high volume of outbound suspects, primarily sourced through partnerships with trade and industry groups. The role will have data-driven systems such as Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo and other productivity tools at their disposal to succeed.

The hourly rate for this job in this market is $25.00 - $31.25. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
