Lifeguard Position
Thank you for your interest in TAO Beach Dayclub, Marquee Dayclub, Liquid Pool Lounge, Palm Tree Beach Club, and A New Daylife Experience by Tao Group Hospitality at Caesars Palace. Once you have applied online, you will receive a text message to RSVP for an interview. Interviews for Lifeguards will be held on January 7th, 8th, & 9th at Hakkasan Nightclub, located inside the MGM Grand : 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Upon arrival to the audition, candidates will select which venue(s) they are interested in applying for.
The Lifeguard's primary responsibility is to ensure guest safety in the pool areas and provide excellent customer service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to :
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- Adhere to all company standard operating procedures
- Provide information to guests regarding our venues, menus, and pricing
- Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Maintain line of sight / atmosphere of the pool, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the pool area throughout shift
- Appropriately addresses any issues, concern, or guest violations with guests
- Recognize and respond effectively to all emergencies
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations
- Reports any unsafe conditions to the Pool Manager, Security or Lead Lifeguard
- Recognize and / or monitor potentially intoxicated and / or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a manager's attention
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Company and / or departmental policies / procedures
- Assists and / or completes additional tasks as assigned
Education / working knowledge :
Minimum of one to three (1-3) months related work experience or training preferred18+ years of ageMaintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standardsSkills / physical demands / work environment / schedule :
