Event Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
Our partner, a world leader in travel planning is looking to hire an Event Marketing Coordinator. The Event Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in planning and executing corporate events. This hands-on role involves end-to-end event management, including registration, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution. Pay for this role is $35 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events (up to 100 attendees), including tradeshows, conferences, and workshops.
- Manage event registration platforms, attendee lists, and event check-ins.
- Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the Destination Management Team to handle event inventory and shipments.
- Lift and transport event materials (up to 50 pounds), including swag and inventory, at the Needham, MA headquarters.
Requirements :
1+ years of experience managing corporate events end-to-end (tradeshows, conferences, workshops).Experience using any event registration software such as Cvent, Evenium, RainFocus, or similar.Must have a valid unexpired passportAbility to get to the Needham office for meetingsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsNice-to-Have Experience
Experience working in a global event environment.Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for attendee tracking and logistics management.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) for workflow coordination.
