This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shipping environment and enjoys owning the details that keep freight moving efficiently and accurately.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate : $20-$21 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM-3 : 30 PM

Employment Type : Full-time, temp-to-perm

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily shipping operations using StarShip Shipping Software integrated with ERP systems
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipments
• Perform rate shopping across multiple carriers to control costs and improve efficiency
• Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments with carriers and freight partners
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and regulatory compliance
• Communicate shipment status with internal teams and customers
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to support order fulfillment
• Operate material-handling equipment as needed (reach truck, sit-down forklift; cherry picker a plus)
