Diagnosis and Treatment : Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and clinical expertise to diagnose infectious diseases. Develop and implement effective treatment plans. Consultation and Collaboration : Offer expert consultations to other healthcare professionals to assist in the management of complex or unusual infectious cases. Infection Prevention & Control : Collaborate with hospital infection control teams to prevent, manage, and monitor hospital-acquired infections. Lead or assist in the development of institutional guidelines and protocols. Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training. A valid and unrestricted California medical license Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a multi-specialty group affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital and Mercy Hospitals . We are seeking an additional Infectious Disease Physician to join our inpatient ID service in Bakersfield, CA.
