In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our staff and enhance productivity.

Job : On site Location : Tampa, FL Pay Range : $900 - $1,150 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails and memos.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
