Are you passionate about CRM systems and marketing operations? Ready to take ownership of a role that directly influences business growth and customer engagement? At Fromm, we’re looking for a CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist who will be the driving force behind our CRM system while contributing to marketing initiatives that enhance sales and customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities :

CRM Administrator

  • Oversee and manage Fromm’s CRM system to ensure seamless functionality across teams.
  • Provide technical solutions for business needs, integrating CRM with other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a Sales & Marketing Playbook that guides teams in CRM best practices, improving adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends, customer behaviors, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions and ensure all CRM users are empowered with the right tools and knowledge.
  • Maintain data accuracy by managing duplicate records and optimizing system health.

Marketing Operations

  • Assist in executing Fromm’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Play a critical role in lead generation, helping develop strategies that drive new business.
  • Organize company events and coordinate sponsorship opportunities.
  • Requirements :

    What We’re Looking For :

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in CRM administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of system management.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital engagement to support business initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work effectively, and improve processes as needed.
  • Comfortable with guiding teams, helping with CRM adoption, and supporting collaboration across departments.
  • Professional certification in CRM administration is a plus, along with experience in event coordination, promotional item management, and data privacy best practices.
