Financial Analyst III

As a Financial Analyst III, you will work in a start-up environment, focusing on the public sector, particularly U.S. Department of Defense and other national security customers. The role requires a passion for technology and a global perspective, along with the ability to create and implement solutions, processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

Manage and prepare financial analysis critical to tracking the performance of Government contracts and overall business performance.

Build and articulate financial results and analytical insights to senior business and finance leaders.

Develop financial models that provide intelligence for business decisions.

Utilize superb business modeling skills and demonstrate keen attention to detail.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to the business.

Essential Skills

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills.

Financial acumen and experience in financial analysis.

Ability to develop complex financial models.

3+ years of experience in a related field.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with public sector clients, especially in the U.S. Department of Defense.

Experience in a start-up environment.

Leadership skills to drive business objectives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr.
