Operations Supervisor

Salary : $90,000 annually Bonus : 10% Location : Vancouver, WA Schedule : Rotating- M-F 5 : 30 am-3 : 00 pm the 1st, 2nd, and 4th week. The 3rd week will be M-F 9 am until the last driver returns to the site.

A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor

• Assign and supervise work crews operating solid waste collection equipment
• Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed
• Develop and execute safety goals
• Conduct field inspections and audits
• Review customer complaints and resolve issues
• Perform performance reviews and coaching
• Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company
• Oversee compliance programs (environmental, OSHA, local permitting)
• Collaborate with union representatives and manage unionized employees.
• This position is safety sensitive
