We are seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for an urgent need, with a preferred schedule of outpatient work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The candidate will work at both a hospital and a gastroenterology center, managing an average of 12 adult patients per day, performing procedures that may require conscious sedation. Licensure in Missouri and certifications including ACLS are required to fulfill this role over a six-month contract period.

• Work Dates Needed : ASAP for at least 6 months - Urgent Need
• Preferred Schedule : Outpatient M-F, 8a-5p, The expectation of the clinic coverage would be five days a week 8 to 10 patients per half day. So probably nine half days and 1 / 2 day to wrap up all the administrative paperwork that goes with it.
• Worksite Setting : Hospital, and / or Gastro Center
• Scope of Work : 100% adult; 50% Hosp, 50% Gastro Center; Avg patients per day 12; X-Ray onsite; Lab onsite; locums need to be able to do conscious sedation.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Missouri State License, ACLS,
• EMR : Cerner / Endovault
• Pay Rate Preferred : $325 regular hourly; $400 call back / OT; $3000 per weekend / 24 hr call; $400 per weeknight call
