Salary Range : $90,000 – $110,000

Position Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive System Administrator to join our growing IT team. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our core IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud migrations, and identity management and will play a key role in supporting end-user productivity and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and user provisioning.
• Support and maintain infrastructure systems including virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), networking components, and storage solutions.
• Lead and support cloud migration initiatives, ensuring security, reliability, and performance throughout the process.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Manage patching, updates, and system backups to maintain security and operational continuity.
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for escalated issues.
• Document systems, configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the CIO on IT strategy and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
