Located in Lakewood Colorado St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24 / 7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured 2023 we received our exciting Magnet designation! We are so proud of our staff for this achievement which is awarded to only 10 percent of hospitals around the world. We value our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants and want to ensure they practice at the top of their license to better optimize their skills and experience. Weve also developed a career path framework for CNAs that clarifies paths to move develop and advance CNA careers into nursing and other roles. The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following :

• Six months previous CNA experience preferred
• Ability to read write speak and understand English
• Basic computer skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• State registered CNA license required
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holds

Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and / or up to 20lbs frequently and / or up to 10lbs constantly)
