Pain Management Physician

Permanent PM&R job in Southern Ohio on the north bank of the Ohio River

Setting : Outpatient clinic Schedule : Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - noon Call Schedule : 1 : 3 weekend coverage for inpatient unit (shared with inpatient Medical Director and Locum Physician)

Staffing : o Physician

o NP (PM&R)

o Neurologist

o NP (Neurology)

o PA (Neurology)

o 3 LPN

o 5 MA

o 1 Office Manager

Caseload : 20-24 patients / day Office Procedures on Wednesday afternoons. Average volume 6-10

Compensation range : $269,800 - $331,700 annually (2 year contract) Benefits

• 4 weeks vacation / sick leave (29 PTO days)
• Additional 5 days when producing 75th percentile w / RVUs

• Medical School Loan Repayment : up to $200,00 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)

• Sign on bonus $15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract is signed and forgiven over 2-4 years
• Residency stipend : up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 years service commitment)
• Excellent bonus incentives : up to 30% of salary
