Aftermarket Parts Expeditor

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aftermarket Parts Expeditor to join a leading engineering and construction manufacturing team in Santa Ana, CA. This client-facing role is responsible for ensuring the timely processing, tracking, and delivery of aftermarket spare parts. The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and manage aftermarket spare part orders from entry through delivery.

Ensure all processes related to orders—including purchase orders, work orders, shipment documentation, and export compliance—are completed accurately and on time.

Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to provide updates, tracking, and estimated delivery timelines.

Respond promptly to customer issues, complaints, or delays to ensure resolution and maintain high service standards.

Research, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and timeliness of spare part deliveries.

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve competing priorities and logistical challenges.

Perform other duties as required to support aftermarket operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing coursework preferred.

2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production, aftermarket, or repair center roles.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong sense of accountability with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

General technical knowledge with the ability to understand manufacturing processes.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, collaborate effectively with others, and uphold company policies, ethics, and safety requirements.
