Desktop Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Desktop Technician for a Contract with a client in Woodland Hills, CA. You will manage and update IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, and deployment, while performing diagnostics and warranty coordination.

Rate Range : $22 / hour to $24 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Desktop Technician job responsibilities include :

• Manage and update the IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, inventory tracking, and end-of-life preparation.
• Perform diagnostics, deployments, data wipes, legal holds, and manage warranty claims with vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and support IT projects effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, deployments, and quality assurance processes.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook) and Symantec Imaging Software for system setup and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for security and asset management.

Pay Details : $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
