We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to oversee and manage essential aspects of our employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and company stock plans. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work remotely four days a week while collaborating in the office on Wednesdays. Responsibilities :

  • Review bi-weekly payroll and prevailing wage reports to verify correct 401(k) contributions and loan repayments.
  • Process employee updates to 401(k) elections by submitting changes to Payroll and ensuring records are accurately maintained.
  • Share new hire details with the 401(k) provider promptly to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.
  • Create and circulate annual stock offering materials to employees, recording their participation choices.
  • Enter stock-related transactions into tracking systems and keep comprehensive logs of share movements, including buyback activities.
  • Work closely with HR, legal, payroll, and other teams to resolve questions regarding 401(k) and stock plan management.
  • Keep internal benefits pages up to date so employees can access reliable and current information.
  • Take part in pre-task planning and follow all safety protocols for assigned projects.
  • Uphold consistent quality standards across all administrative responsibilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in administering employee benefits, including retirement plans and equity programs.
  • Strong ability to analyze and reconcile payroll data to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Experienced with software tools and platforms used for managing employee benefits.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate records and handling confidential employee data with care.
  • Well-versed in regulatory and compliance standards governing employee benefit plans.
  • Capable of managing and updating internal communication platforms to reflect current benefits information.
  • Dedicated to upholding safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
