Job Summary

Through compassionate thoughtful interactions our leasing agents help prospective residents as they explore and choose a Birgo Realty apartment .This agent will lease at multiple sites in Lockport a location with unique commission potential due to a large unit count and renovation schedule. This agent would work out of the Maplewood East Apartments leasing office and report directly to the Property Manager.

Pay Range : $18 / hour base commission

Note : Because this position manages rental properties on behalf of Birgo team members may not concurrently engage in outside real estate sales leasing or property management activity.
