Job Summary

Refrigeration Systems Construction & Service (RSCS) is a full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-grade industrial ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems. We are seeking highly skilled Pipe Welders to join our team. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a pipe welder and not limited to structural welding or pipe fitting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 6G position welding in both shop and field environments.
• Stick welding using 6010 & 7018 electrodes .
• TIG welding / stainless steel with precision and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Travel as required, sometimes on short notice.

THIS IS NOT an entry level position. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter / Welder with ammonia refrigeration experience a plus, clean driving record, dependable and hands-on, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized, and detail oriented. Must be able to work independently and on a team. Travel required and must be able to travel on short notice. Qualifications and Skills “Pipe Welder” (Shop & Field) - 6G Position Welding - Stick / welding 6010 & 7018 - TIG / Welding Stainless Experience working with Refrigeration a plus
