Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Interim Director of Pharmacy Hospital (Southern New Mexico)

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy for a hospital in Southern New Mexico . This full-time, 13+ week contract offers a leadership opportunity for a seasoned pharmacy professional to oversee operations, manage staff, and drive key initiatives . ASAP startapply now!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations , ensuring pliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage staff performance, scheduling, and development to foster a strong pharmacy team.
  • Maintain budgetary control , optimize resources, and enhance cost-effective pharmaceutical services.
  • Ensure regulatory pliance , adhering to hospital policies, Joint mission standards, and other governing bodies.
  • Drive ongoing projects and initiatives , improving operational efficiency and patient care.

Requirements :

  • Active New Mexico pharmacist license (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Previous Director of Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, budgeting, pliance, and staff management .
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive projects, and optimize workflow .
  • Experience in a large healthcare system is preferred.
