Job Description

Position Overview

We're seeking a mission-aligned Tech Lead / Manager to help build and improve our products. As a hands-on technical leader reporting to the CEO, you'll play a crucial role in architecting and developing data-driven solutions while leading a distributed engineering team. This position combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive our technology vision forward (80% Technical and 20% management).  This is a Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 in-office days in our Hayward office.
