Youll provide practical and business-focused legal advice support and counsel on all aspects of employment law partnering with HR professionals and business leaders across the Enterprise Mobility organization.

This is an in-person role at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton MO with the possibility for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day counsel on labor and employment matters to senior leadership field and corporate HR professionals building credibility as a trusted legal partner.
• Create and implement proactive compliance tools and processes for key regulatory areas including Title VII DOT FMLA ADA FLSA FCRA ADEA USERRA and other state and federal employment statutes.
• Support internal investigations.
• Strategically and actively manage and assist with pending charges and employment litigation.
• Proactively identify trends and gaps in processes partnering with HR and business partners to implement positive change and avoid claims.
• Interface with and manage outside counsel as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships credibility and trust with clients stakeholders legal team members and other colleagues.
• Contribute to other projects and initiatives that strengthen our legal and HR practices.
