Responsibilities :

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for :

1. Designing, developing, and implementing complex engineering projects.

2. Conducting detailed analysis of structures and providing recommendations to ensure structural integrity.

3. Planning and designing structures in accordance with established engineering principles and standards.

4. Developing and implementing erosion control strategies to protect structures and the environment.

5. Designing and implementing excavation shoring systems to ensure the safety and stability of construction sites.

6. Planning and designing anchorage systems to secure structures.

7. Developing and implementing bracing systems to support and stabilize structures.

8. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

9. Conducting site inspections and structural assessments.

10. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Job Details

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Structural Engineer position should have the following qualifications :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on erosion control, excavation shoring, anchorage, and bracing.

3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification.

4. Expert knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

5. Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000.

6. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

7. Strong communication and presentation skills.

8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

9. Commitment to adhering to safety standards and regulations.

10. Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in the field of structural engineering.
