Mechanical Engineer

Industry leading manufacturer of off-road construction machinery is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer.

This is a “hands on”position where you will be responsible for all aspects of product design, development, production, and on market product support. You will have the opportunity to see your designs being built and will work directly with shop personnel during fabrication, assembly and testing.

This position requires someone that has a solid background in mechanical design, hydraulic system design, and basic electronic controls.

Required qualifications - only applicants that have these qualifications will be considered for this position :

• Solid understanding of all aspects of SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills
• Experience with mechanical / mechanism design
• Experience with heavy steel design and fabrication methods
• No less than 5 years of real-world CAD drafting work experience
