What You’ll Be Doing :
- Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery installs, and fluid services.
- Assist with light repairs under guidance from Master Technicians.
- Inspect vehicles for safety and reliability issues.
- Document work accurately in our digital system.
- Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe.
- Be part of a team that communicates, trains, and celebrates success together.
The Ideal Candidate :
1+ year of hands-on experience in automotive service.Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.Great communication skills—both with coworkers and customers.Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.ASE certifications are a plus, but not required to start.Compensation & Perks :
Hourly pay based on experience with performance bonuses.Steady schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30–4 : 30.Weekends and holidays off to enjoy life outside the shop.Paid vacation, sick time.Company-paid uniforms and weekly Friday lunches.After 6 months : 50% employer-paid health, dental, and vision.Paid for ASE certification and training through ATI.Snacks, drinks, and a professional—but fun—environment.Employee discount, tuition assistance, and relocation support if needed.Who We Are :
