Job Description :
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a background in development ideally transitioning into or already working in a Business Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Identify process gaps and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions.
Perform hands-on ServiceNow development tasks when necessary.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a desire to move into Business Analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (will be assessed during interviews).
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with ServiceNow AI modules is a strong plus.
Familiarity with example profiles like Sasank is a bonus.
