Principal Technical Consultant (AI)

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations / AI) to drive customer engagement and implement integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Leverage AI in work processes and decision-making, including implementing AI-powered tools and automating workflows Devise integration development plans and strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions Required Qualifications Active Security Clearance Required At least 8 years of experience with complex integration technologies Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and SaaS technologies Strong Javascript skills and experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities
