We're looking for a Manager, Data Analytics who can lead with vision and precision. In this pivotal role, you will own the strategy and execution of our demand forecasting models and data governance frameworks. You'll help shape the future of how we predict customer behavior, optimize inventory, and scale operations across our organization.

This is more than a technical role - it's a strategic leadership opportunity that blends analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-departmental partners to translate data into actionable decisions that impact the bottom line.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Forecasting & Strategic Analysis

• Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process, owning models that predict customer demand, sales, and order volume across multiple business units.
• Analyze historical trends, seasonal patterns, and market dynamics to generate reliable, forward-looking forecasts.
• Partner with merchandising, supply chain, and operations to ensure forecast accuracy and optimize resource planning.
• Identify data-driven opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

o Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools (e.g., SAS, R).

o Strong experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

o Understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT) is a plus.

The expected compensation for this role is up to $155,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
