Kingston Healthcare is now hiring a Business Office Clerk to support the daily operations that help keep our skilled nursing facility running efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and billing support that benefits residents, families, and staff—because when the back office runs well, so does everything else.
What You’ll Do :
Handle data entry, document filing, and general recordkeeping with accuracy
Assist with billing processes, including accounts receivable and payment tracking
Answer phones and respond to resident, family, and vendor inquiries in a professional, helpful manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation
Support insurance verification, forms processing, and financial paperwork
Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed
What You Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree preferred
Experience in administrative, billing, or clerical roles—healthcare experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with medical billing or insurance processes (preferred but not required)
