AppleOne is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry – Accounting Specialist to join a leading healthcare organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting exposure and strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Enter high-volume invoices into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
Ensure invoices are coded correctly to maintain financial accuracy.
Perform filing and maintain organized records.
Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
3–5 years of experience in data entry or accounting support.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
