What You'll Be Doing You'll wear many hats (but no scrubs cap unless you want to) as you :

• Guide and Educate : Teach patients about their health and offer counseling, while also leading community education initiatives.
• Team Leadership : Supervise LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Community Health Workers, ensuring top-notch care for every patient.
• Hands-On Expertise : Perform core procedures like IUD placements / removals and prenatal ultrasounds.
• Collaborate and Innovate : Participate in quality improvement programs, team meetings, and program evaluations to shape the future of women's health.
