Senior Process Manager – Treasury Management Onboarding Specialist
Join a high-impact team driving client success through expert onboarding of Treasury Management products.
Role Highlights
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new and existing Treasury Management clients
Act as primary client contact from commitment to revenue generation
Customize implementation plans and manage cross-functional delivery teams
Provide product training and support to clients
Influence product enhancements through client feedback
Key Responsibilities
Operate independently with sound judgment
Deliver best-in-class client experience
Support sales officers on client calls and pre-sale planning
Facilitate kickoff and post-sale meetings
Track and manage implementation timelines and deliverables
Conduct client training sessions
Maintain active portfolio of implementations
Attend ongoing training to stay current on products and industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of Treasury Management product knowledge
4+ years of customer service experience
Strong leadership and technical skills
Ability to work under pressure and influence others
Pay Details : $43.27 to $49.74 per hour
