Re-Construction Estimator / Project Manager - Property Damage Restoration Industry

Denver, CO

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000 per year

As a Reconstruction Project Manager / Estimator, you'll play a key role in managing multiple rebuild projects from start to finish. These projects are often a result of water, fire, or other disaster damage. You’ll work closely with Superintendents, Carpenters, Trade Partners, and Clients to ensure each project is estimated accurately, runs smoothly, and meets both budget and timeline goals.

This position is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. From the initial site walk and estimate to the final walk-through and billing, you’ll help keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities :

Estimate and negotiate project scopes using Xactimate software

Collaborate with team members and trade partners to plan and execute projects

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, insurance reps, and vendors

Conduct site visits, document project details, and track key milestones

Identify risks, change orders, and other job opportunities as they arise

Manage project budgets and client selections

Ensure all permits are obtained and properly closed

Support quality control and safety initiatives across all projects

Assist with billing, documentation, and administrative follow-through

What We’re Looking For :

At least 2 years of experience using Xactimate

5+ years of construction / restoration experience

Strong knowledge of construction practices, costs, and scheduling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Familiar with construction permits, change orders, and project documentation
