• Guide a portfolio of hotels by developing and executing strategic operating plans that improve profitability market share guest satisfaction and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel investors and regional partners providing clear expectations and driving alignment on performance priorities.
• Coach mentor and develop a high-performing field team to ensure consistent execution and leadership bench strength across the portfolio.
• Review key performance indicators to identify trends risks and opportunities and deploy targeted action plans that yield measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operating processes elevate brand identity and activate initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance.
• Ensure hotels maintain full compliance with brand legal and regulatory requirements and champion HHMs sustainability practices.
• Promote transparent communication resolve performance gaps quickly and foster a collaborative culture across regional and property teams.
• Contribute to companywide strategies that support service excellence team engagement and long-term revenue goals.
