Preschool Director

St. Coleman Catholic Preschool in Pompano Beach, Florida is looking to hire a full-time Preschool Director to oversee the daily operations of our toddlers to PreK4 program, acting as a role model for our staff while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children. The Preschool Director will be responsible for staff management, curriculum development, assisting with operations and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Responsibilities include :

• Implement curriculum that meets the needs of the students and adheres to state and ADOM national standards.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and other relevant laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and provide ongoing communication about their childrens progress.
