About The Role :

We are seeking a driven detail-oriented Junior Digital Designer to join our creative team. This role is dedicated to supporting melins growing online media channels ensuring design deliverables are executed at the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Junior Digital Designer will collaborate closely with the Content Director and ECOM team delivering impactful design solutions that support product launches seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.

Location & Office Structure : This is an in-office hybrid position mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.

Compensation : The hourly pay for this position is $25.00 to $38.00 an hour; pay is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
