Occupational Therapist PRN

Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 123 bed skilled and long term care facility located in the University City area. We are looking for caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Team!

Job Responsibilities-

1. Based on findings from initial evaluation, develop an individualized plan of care to facilitate optimal performance using standardized tests and measures as evidence for improvement.

2. Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient

3. Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants, students and support personnel in accordance with state license requirements and professional standards

4. Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1.Must have graduated from an Occupational Therapist curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), or its successor organizations.

2.Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

3. Requires good organizational and time management skills

4. Requires good verbal and written communication skills
