The GM is responsible for leading all aspects of a Domino's store operation, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service, high-quality products, and operational excellence. Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environmentUnderstand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilitiesExperience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employeesAbility to lead and promote team members and food safety protocolsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferredMinimum job requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of ageFast food / quick service restaurant experience preferredHigh School equivalent education levelProven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a teamProven ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and / or complaintsStrong decision making and conflict resolution skillsProven ability to set goals and set up plans to achieve themProven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goalExperience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly)Excellent verbal, written, and communication skillsPhysical Requirements :
