    Job Details :

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager with a focus on Healthcare Construction for Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED). This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing construction company. This role is ideally suited to a driven and motivated individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare construction projects, particularly in Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED), from the ground up.

    Responsibilities :

    As a Permanent Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution for healthcare construction projects, particularly Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED), from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
  • Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, particularly AHCA.
  • Conducting risk management activities to minimize project risks.
  • Effectively communicating project expectations, updates, and potential issues to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties or vendors.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Qualifications :

    To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, ground-up healthcare construction projects, particularly Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AHCA regulations and standards.
  • Experience in commercial projects will be considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
