The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda CA location in the Lingo Division. Working on Lingo you will help build a next-generation technology that enables individuals to make decisions about how to improve energy lose weight or enhance athletic performance.

What Youll Work On :

• Lead a team of skilled engineers based in the Bay Area fostering a collaborative high-performance culture
• Define and drive the technical strategy for our web commerce and health platform initiatives
• Own and evolve core systems including our CMS payment infrastructure and other commerce-related tools
• Manage the full application lifecycle from architecture and development to deployment monitoring and maintenance
• Ensure our systems are scalable secure and performant to support rapid business growth
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Business teams to deliver seamless customer-centric experiences
• Mentor and grow engineers through coaching feedback and career development
• Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement across the team
