The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining surgical and medical instruments. This role demands a meticulous approach to ensure all instruments and equipment are thoroughly prepared and free of contamination. Key Responsibilities :

• Instrument Sterilization : Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical and surgical instruments according to established protocols and procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance : Inspect, assemble, and maintain sterilization equipment and related tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory of sterile supplies and ensure proper storage and organization.
• Quality Control : Follow strict quality control procedures to maintain the effectiveness of sterilization processes and document all activities accurately.
• Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments and address any equipment-related concerns.
