About the Role

This role involves a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, faculty and staff management, clinical site liaison, curriculum implementation, and student advocacy. The Dean will also be involved in the preparation of various reports, maintaining student records, and collaborating with HR on faculty and staff documentation. Candidates for the Dean of Workforce Development position at the company must have a valid and active Registered Nursing License, a master's or higher degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of one year of teaching experience in nursing programs. The role requires a leader with demonstrated skills in supervision, planning, and budget preparation, as well as a commitment to diversity and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Proficiency in technology and a leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork are essential. The Dean will also be expected to have a strong background in clinical and faculty responsibilities, including the ability to fill in for clinical, skills lab, or sim lab when necessary.
