Our OT PT and speech therapists help children succeed where theyve previously struggled and yes we have an office dog named Heidi whos perpetually hungry and excellent at moral support.

Practice Manager to oversee Front Office Billing Department and Therapy Leadership Team

Calling all organizational wizards! We need someone who can juggle multiple business areas while keeping their eye on what truly matters. Youll be the bridge between our Practice Owner Leadership Team and staff. Basically youll help our company run like a well-oiled machine.

What Youll Actually Do

• Lead the team : Be the right arm of the Practice Owner support and guide the billing coordinator supervise and back the front office staff and collaborate with the leadership team
• Be the insurance whisperer : Tackle next-level claim and billing issues analyze payment trends and negotiate with providers
• Keep everything running : Manage communications implement policies coordinate meetings and handle complex parent questions and concerns
• Handle the people stuff : Onboarding HR support conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism
• Solve problems : Anticipate consequences and make logical decisions turn billing conflicts into happy families and payment solutions always look for the win-win-win (that is for our team member the parent / client and the company)
