Figma Sites is one of our newest products currently in public beta. It helps creators turn their designs into beautiful performant websites in just a few clicks no plugins code exports or handoffs required. Were building the future of design to product and Sites is central to that mission.

Were looking for a Product Manager to help own the next chapter of Figma Sites as we move from public beta to general availability. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of design development and innovation. Youll help define the vision influence company-wide strategy and deliver experiences that make it effortless to go from idea to live site.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What youll do at Figma :

• Evolve the strategy for Figma Sites driving adoption and impact as we scale from beta to general availability
• Collaborate with engineering design and research to deliver seamless publishing responsive design and creative tooling experiences
• Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams including Figma Design and Figma Make to enable a flawless design to production workflow
• Gather user insights from our growing community and translate them into clear priorities and product decisions
• Shape how AI and prompting enhance creativity customization and accessibility in Sites
• Represent Figma Sites across the company helping drive vision prioritization and execution for one of Figmas most strategic bets

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figmas San Francisco or New York hub offices this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including but not limited to individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience potential impact and scope of role) market demands and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Annual Base Salary Range (SF / NY Hub) :

$164000 - $294000 USD
