Job Title :

  • New Business Specialist Assignment Duration :   6 months Location :  Reno, Nevada 89502 Pay Rate : $29.56 Basic Purpose Processes all Rule 9 distribution contracts and payments and sets up all new billing accounts for Company.
  • Administers the work management system and related databases to ensure delivery of service commitment.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepares, tracks, and administers work order packages and drawings for design team. (20%) Administers the service application process to ensure timely meter sets and customer billing account establishment. (20%) Administers the work management system to ensure delivery of service commitment. (20%) Receipts all contract payments and prepares deposits. (20%) Prepares and administers line extension agreements and tracks tie to contracts. (20%) Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • Education and Work Experience High School diploma and 3 years of related experience.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated knowledge of :

  • Applicable department business process.

    • Skills such as :

  • Time management, manage multiple tasks in a high volume area, analytical, interpersonal Equipment and Applications PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
