Line Cook

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare menu items according to Johnny Carino's recipes, plate presentations and specifications within cook time requirements
• Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by Guest and prepare and cook food according to instructions
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers
• Complete all assigned prep work
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times
• Set up work station
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Be a core team member in a fast-paced kitchen
